Silent Night

Active Lives is a charity driven by binding community, focussing on those who live alone. They wanted to raise awareness around the issue of loneliness at Christmas. We created a full chorus of happy Christmas vignettes to starkly contrast with the experience of an older woman spending Christmas alone. As we see the multiple families, couples and friends gather in merriment, the original starts and stops. This arresting technique concludes with the uplifting sound of a doorbell. A moment we should all have during the festive holidays.
