  • Other details supplied by applicants to join our production team (for example, passions / availability for work / links to social media accounts)

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

 

  • You apply using a Google Form or email to join our production team

  • You are a prospective client messaging us to enquire about our services

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you and find ways that we might be able to work together.

 

We will use your contact details internally in the course of our work, which may include a small number of freelance contractors, but we will not share them with any other businesses or third parties without your consent.

 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

 

  • (a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us by email using the button on this page.

  • (b) We have a legal obligation, if you are working for us in any capacity.

  • (c) We have a legitimate interest, for the purposes of carrying out our business.

 

How we store your personal information 

 

Your information is securely stored in password-protected digital documents. We keep contact details of applicants for a period of 12 months. We will then dispose of your information by deleting any copies of the digital database file. We will keep your contact details on file for longer if we choose to work together, for the purposes of contacting you in the future when a business need arises.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
